A majority stake in TSI guarantees a long and fruitful relationship. Specializing in cooling data centers Stulz firm has announced a partnership with Space Technology Integration (TSI) for which the two cooperate in the design and manufacture of modular infrastructure.
As part of the agreement, Stulz has acquired a majority stake in TSI. “We have identified the segment of modular data centers as a growth market,” said Oliver Stulz, CEO at Stulz. “This joint venture with TSI allows us to offer customers a complete solution for modular data center from high performance computing to telecommunications closets using the latest refrigeration technology as Stulz”.
Modular data centers: Friends with benefits
TSI designs and manufactures solutions for modular data centers for business customers, service providers in the cloud and research centers, with offices in the UK and France. The company has successfully deployed its products worldwide, with recent projects in places as distant as Paraguay and Reunion Island.
The agreement will allow TSI update their modules with the latest Stulz cooling equipment. “This joint venture enhances our ability to deliver and support our modular solutions DC worldwide with designs, solutions and services future-proof. The association with such a known quality products brand, Stulz, it allows us to compete at all levels and support our global customers with a global service network comprising approximately 6,000 people, “said Simon Gardner, managing Director of TSI. “We have seen a huge increase in demand for modular data centers worldwide and working together we will see how flexible solutions deliver high efficiency,” added Christoph Stulz, global director of sales Stulz.
